A dignified send-off,
and an income for the ward it came from.
FSP4ED registers households onto affordable funeral benefit plans through agents drawn from their own communities — so every monthly contribution funds both a guaranteed benefit and local income.

Why FSP4ED
One scheme, two outcomes: funeral service benefits and local income
A funeral benefit scheme touches a community twice — once when it delivers dignified services, and every month before that, when it pays the people running it.
Cover you can rely on
Six plans built for a real range of households, with a claims process that moves through district and provincial checks in days, not months.
Income, not just insurance
Every contribution funds the benefit pool and pays commission to the local agent and coordinators who serve that member — money circulates locally.
Present in every province
Ward-level agents, district verification and provincial review are staffed in all ten provinces, so a claim never waits on a single national office.
Built for the household you have
Individual, Family, Group, Senior Citizen, Child Dependant and Custom Community plans — including benefits for extended family structures.

Real people in your ward, not a distant call centre
Registration, monthly contributions and death reporting all start with an agent who knows the area. That keeps service close to the family, and makes every policy part of a local income stream.
- Registration completed in a single visit
- Dependants and next of kin captured up front
- Contributions collected in the ward
- Commission paid to local agents
Commission stays in the community
An agent earns on the contributions they collect, and the district and provincial coordinators above them earn on the wards they support — so the scheme grows through trust built door to door rather than a national advertising budget.
Plans
Benefits built for six different kinds of household
Every plan runs through the same claims desk and the same parlour network — only the price, included services and who's included change.
Individual Plan
Standalone funeral service benefits for a single principal member — the entry point most agents start a household with before adding dependants.
Family Plan
The scheme's most-registered plan. One monthly premium covers the principal member, one spouse, and dependant children under a single policy number.
Group Plan
A single master policy for a registered group — an employer, church, cooperative, or savings club — with individual service certificates issued to each member.
Indicative contribution
US$3.50 / member / month (volume-tiered)

Plan detailsHow it works
From registration to delivered benefits, in six steps
The same process runs everywhere in the country — only the agent and the parlour on the other end of it change.
- 01
Register with a local agent
A registered agent in your ward captures your details, your next of kin, and your beneficiaries on the spot — national ID and phone number are all that's needed to start.
- 02
Choose a plan and make your first payment
Pick the plan that matches your household — Individual, Family, Group, Senior Citizen, Child Dependant, or a Custom Community plan — and pay your first contribution. Your policy activates immediately and a receipt is issued.
- 03
Keep contributions paid up
Pay monthly through your agent, a group treasurer, or a payroll deduction. Your funeral service benefits stay active as long as contributions are current, with a grace period if a payment is missed.
- 04
Your family reports a death
When the worst happens, your next of kin or agent reports the death and the claim is opened immediately — no waiting for office hours to begin the process.

Verification happens twice, at two different levels
A claim is checked at district level and again provincially before a claims officer confirms the included benefits. It is slower than a single rubber stamp, and it is the reason the benefit pool can be trusted to support real services.
Where the money goes
One contribution, three destinations
A funeral scheme could be run from a single national office. FSP4ED isn't, on purpose — the same monthly payment that builds the benefit pool also pays the people who registered the member and the checks that keep the scheme honest.
The benefit pool
The national fund that supports verified funeral service benefits and settles approved parlour invoices directly.
Local commission
Income for the ward agent who registered the member, and the district and provincial coordinators above them.
Running the scheme
Verification at two levels, claims administration, and the systems that keep a national scheme accountable.
Where to start
Three routes through the scheme
Most people arrive here for one of three reasons — a claim to file, a parlour to work with, or a living to earn.
Not sure which applies? The national office can point you to the nearest agent and the right plan in a single call.

Filing a claim
A death can be reported the moment it happens, by an agent or directly by next of kin. Six stages of verification follow before service benefits are delivered.

The parlour network
Approved parlours work to agreed standards and pre-agreed pricing, so no family is negotiating a funeral bill while grieving.

Becoming an agent
Agents are recruited from the communities they serve and earn recurring commission on the contributions they collect.
