A Zimbabwean family talking through funeral benefit cover with an agent

Plans & products

Six plans, one claims desk

Every plan below is administered on the same rails — the same claims process, the same parlour network, the same benefit-delivery safeguards. What changes is who's covered, what services are included, and how it's priced.

Contributions shown are indicative starting rates. Your registered agent confirms the exact rate for your household's ages and chosen service package before you sign up, and rates are reviewed periodically by National Admin.

Common to every plan

Four things that don't change, whichever plan you hold

Price and included services differ. The machinery behind them does not.

The same claims desk

Every plan is verified at district and provincial level before a claims officer confirms the included service benefits. No plan gets a shorter or longer route.

The same parlour network

Any plan can use an approved parlour at pre-agreed pricing, settled directly by the scheme rather than by the family.

The same grace rules

A missed contribution moves any policy into grace rather than cancelling it, and every payment generates a sequential receipt.

The same local agent

Whichever plan you hold, the person who registered you is the person who collects, updates records and opens a claim.

Choosing benefits

The plan is explained before any money changes hands

A household can compare included services, dependants, contribution level and waiting period in one conversation with the agent. The same local record then follows that household through contributions, updates and any future claim.

One record, one claims route

The plan changes the price and service package. It does not change who supports the member locally or the verification route a claim must pass through.

Senior funeral service package

Members joining at 65+

Senior Citizen Plan

Purpose-built for members who join later in life, when standard age limits would otherwise exclude them — priced and underwritten for that risk instead of refusing it.

Contribution
From US$7 / month
Benefits
Senior funeral service package
Waiting period
6 months (natural causes), waived for accidental death
Age limits
65 – 80 at joining
  • No medical examination required to join, only a health declaration
  • Service tier is capped lower to keep premiums affordable at this entry age
  • Same funeral-parlour service standard as every other plan — no reduced service tier
Extended and fostered children

Child Dependant Plan

For children outside the immediate family unit — grandchildren, wards, and fostered or orphaned children a member is responsible for — who fall outside the standard Family Plan definition.

Contribution
From US$1.50 / child / month
Benefits
Child funeral service package
Waiting period
3 months
Age limits
14 days – 21 years
  • Proof of guardianship or care (affidavit, court order, or school record) is required at registration
  • Runs alongside an existing Individual, Family, or Group policy rather than standing alone
  • Same beneficiary and claims process as any other dependant

Custom Community Plan

A configurable plan National Admin builds together with a community leadership structure — a chief's ward, a burial society, a market vendors' association — matching contribution rhythm and service package to what the group can sustain.

Contribution
Negotiated with the community
Benefits
Negotiated funeral service package
Waiting period
Set at design stage
Age limits
Set at design stage
  • Contribution collection can follow a harvest season or market cycle instead of a strict calendar month
  • A community-elected liaison sits alongside the assigned district agent
  • Built from the same policy engine as every other plan, so claims and benefit delivery follow identical safeguards

A note on the figures above

Contributions and service package summaries on this page are indicative. The binding terms for your household are the ones your agent confirms at registration and prints on your receipt — if the two ever differ, the receipt governs.

Still deciding

Not sure which plan fits your household?

An agent can walk through your household, ages, dependants and budget, then recommend a plan on the spot.
