How earnings work
Three tiers, all paid from the same contributions
Commission is not a one-off finder's fee. It accrues as members keep contributing, and there is a route upward for agents who build a district.

Ward agent
The households you register yourself
Commission accrues on every contribution you collect, for as long as the member keeps paying.
- Tier 2
District coordinator
The agents across a district
Earns on the contributions collected by the ward agents they support, and runs first-level claim verification.
- Tier 3
Provincial coordinator
The districts within a province
Earns across the province and performs the second, independent check before a claim reaches a claims officer.
Paid automatically, not on request
The moment a contribution is recorded, the commission for the agent and their coordinators is accrued against it. Nobody has to submit a claim for their own commission.
Who we're looking for
There is no sales background required. The role rewards people who are already trusted where they live, and who will keep records carefully.
- 18 years or older, with a valid national ID
- Resident in, or with strong standing in, the ward you'll be registering members in
- Able to use a smartphone for registration, payments, and claim reporting
- Clear of any prior fraud or misconduct finding with FSP4ED or a comparable scheme
- Willing to complete the onboarding briefing on plans, contributions, and claims before registering your first member

A short session on the plans, the registration flow, contributions, and how to report a death.

Register your first household
Your district coordinator is available for your first few registrations while you get comfortable.
